I think that the daily struggles that we deal with shape our character the most. They may not have as much impact as the larger, memorable battles in life, but they chip away at a certain part of us - making us either stronger or weaker in the long run. We can only hope that it’s the former. :)

So true…there’s something about this city that doesn’t really allow you go choose either love or hate. It’s the balance between the two that makes this place so special and interesting (sort of the like the US in general) - I can’t believe I’ll be moving out soon, even if it’s for a little bit. *sigh* but, as the terminator always said: I’ll be back....

Adrenaline rush.
You know when you are determined to do your laundry, so much so, that you take out someone else’s laundry from the dryer? I mean, I did wait a WHOLE minute, but it was still (a little) damp. So, after quickly throwing all of my laundry into the dryer, I ran for the elevator and got an adrenaline rush. Now I feel guilty. Guilty with clean laundry :D Gosh, I am such a dork.
