Five days straight of yoga, that is definitely a record for me! As corny as it may sound, the mantras for the various poses are actually quite applicable to one’s mental state. Tonight’s most useful mantra in the warrior position was “you are determined, but there does not need to be tension.” Breathe in. Breathe out.

The Riches.
This has got to be the most addicting show since Lost. Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver are so on point! And the southern accents and numerous scams totally make up for the suspension of disbelief. I’ve watched so many shows in the past 24 hours that it’s sick…lets say it’s in the double digits. Ok. This post marks my stop!

Today on 29th and 8th.
This afternoon was GREAT. We worked, we played, we drank tea, we pet really plump and sluggish cats and we collaborated with an AWESOME woman (this was the obviously the coolest part). That led to a question during dinner in K-town, can one be awesome without being weird?

Why is it that they serve alcohol at art openings? Unless the art is really that bad, the reasoning is way over my head…the entire gallery smelled like wine last night. That’s Jeff and Rich. They are incredibly smart, obsessed with macs, and both have varying forms of ADHD. We are still working on perfecting our ‘shake it out’ sessions. Once I am able to clandestinely videotape a session, it will be posted for your browsing pleasure :)

Oatmeal problems.
I really have issues with making oatmeal. It’s never the right amount of chewing sensation! For instance, this morning’s is way too milky. Maybe they should serve it at the milk bar, hah hah (yeah, get ready for more of those).
